Digital Marketing and Social Media representative

Position Function: The primary position will consist of daily social media updates and digital marketing tasks to include the following:

Primary duties will consist of the following:

WEBSITE:

1. Assist and manage the new company website development. This will include updating new material and removing old content.

SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES

Develop and actively engage in social media promoting Ka-Comm, manufacturer’s products that we represent, and projects that we are working on. Includes:

• Highlight Projects that have been awarded or completed.
• Promoting product specials that we are offering.
• Highlighting offices and employees
• Manage and update the Digital Boards at all facilities. Includes:
  • Highlight various manufacturer’s products and services.
  • Highlighting New Hires
  • Ka-Comm Calendar events

 Managing trade shows. Actively work with sales personnel at promoting Ka-Comm at the events.  Includes:

• Assisting the team with selecting the trade shows that we attend.
• Creating promotions for those shows and tracking the ROI on those shows sales.
• Photograph and produce informational documents on Ka-Comm products.
• Work with Sales Team assisting with developing marketing material for each sale territory.
• Track ROI in those regions.
• Develop regional promotional material to include corporate material along side Ka-Comm Inc

Education and Experience:

Post high school education to include an undergraduate degree in some type of Business/Marketing degree to include electronic social media development. 

License and other requirements:

Any additional license or certifications is helpful to support digital marketing 

Additional requirements:

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others

Meet schedules and timelines

Maintain daily records

Follow Ka-Comm. Inc. rules, regulations policies and procedures

Environment

Indoor and outdoor setting. Drive a company vehicle to conduct work.

Physical requirements

Ability to work behind a computer for extended periods of time. Ability to use company vehicle to travel and assist with trade shows

Eligibility: Full-Time employees, starting the first of the month after 30 days of employment.

6. Paid Time Off (PTO)

   • 24 hours of PTO at the beginning of each year
   • New hires receive prorated PTO based on hire date

7. Additional PTO for Years of Service

   • 1st year: 40 hours (prorated based on start date)
   • 2nd year: 80 hours
   • 10th year: 120 hours
